Pros
Few selective sectors and assignments there's good client relationship and business projects. Though growth is slow for some it could be a good learning and work experience to have on profile. Flexibility and liberty, space to work is there but with politics. Freshers may feel lost without proper direction or clarity so need to be proactive and reach-out well. Growth may be there for few exceptionally and not that great for few. For some alot of it depends on people team and dynamics around. For individual business contributors and experienced, self-driven it may work well if they are good with numbers.
Cons
Growth path needs to be conveyed clearly. Culture, people management, business process, recognitions and hirings need to improve. Communication gap, many changes and clarity needs to be taken to the point time and again. For some it may get difficult to switch job or operate even after leaving organisation and more issues may get created in various ways which can be highly distressful.
