Trying very hard - Restaurant Manager Cornerstone Restaurant Group Employee Review

I loved working at CRG! I was only there for a short time, but the people were great! The office is small so it is easy to know everyone! If you happen to be full-time, you get to eat for free at all of their restaurants!

The organization is clearly in transition. Not such a bad thing just a little tumultuous right now .

Cornerstone was built on family values and where guest service and hospitality are the primary focus. The owners are passionate operators, very business oriented, and have strategic partnerships with many brands and 3rd parties.

The company operates extremely tight and the owners tend to be very risk-averse.
