The experience of working with the community I provided services to was rewarding. It was great to be able to help so many senior residents and make their lives better and happier with the programs and resources provided.

The Supervisor needs to be more professional in conducting business for the company. Ms. Cabrera lacks experience in management and does not provide the best customer services for the residents and does not treat them with respect. Many people are upset with how the property is being managed. I hope things change for the better. Also, it is a stressful job because of the bad management and the pay and compensation benefits is not good and does not match for all the responsibilities of the job.
