Barely pays me enough to put food on the table

Very toxic culture driven by the current CEO, Erik Bertman. He ignores people he doesn't like in meetings. When you raise an issue or an idea he will shoot you down. However when you have a good idea he will steal it and claim it is his idea. Terrible CEO but most of all he's just an awful person. He came from Microsoft Sweden and used to be the COO. Heard from several Microsoft people that he drove people out of the company and made people's life miserable. At the end he was fired from Microsoft and got this gig. Just plain awful person. Don't join this company.
