Pros
I worked remotely and had a lot of latitude in my schedule and how I approached marketing, clients for retention and renewals, and pipeline and reporting to management.
Cons
Boss was not willing to accept change in marketing collateral, it took a long time to get approved, same with time sensitive RFP's. He was a dictator on perfect grammar even in inter company emails and would spend hours discussing proper sentence structure, when there was other work to be done. Very particular about everything. He has since retired.
