We appreciate your acknowledging the positive relationships you built with colleagues, as well as your experience with compensation and the work environment. At the same time, we’re genuinely concerned by the issues you’ve raised around leadership, recognition, and trust.
We understand how frustrating it is when company performance is communicated, but employees do not feel recognized for their contributions. Celebrations and informal recognition are meant to show appreciation, but they should not replace fair compensation, career development, or transparent dialogue. Your feedback shows this balance did not feel right during your time with us.
Concerns about leadership behavior, accountability, and how feedback is handled, especially when it involves management conduct, are taken seriously. To address these issues effectively, we plan to implement a dedicated hotline and an anonymous reporting tool so employees can report concerns safely. We also have a policy in place to ensure each report is reviewed by a third-party committee. We do not want any employee to feel ignored, dismissed, or unprotected when raising concerns. Creating a workplace where people feel respected, heard, and supported is critical. Your comments highlight areas where we must continue to improve.
