Fleetcor really cares about their employees! A perfect recent example of this has been during the Covid-19 Crisis. While other employers were laying off their staff Fleetcor made special arrangements and went above and beyond to keep every employee hired. Employees have had the awesome security of knowing they continued to have insurance coverage and a job to go to when the crises comes to a close. The environment is very family oriented and it doesn't matter if you're an entry level new hire or upper management, you know you are an important part of the success of this company! Career growth is very important here and there are many resources available to assist anyone who is willing to work hard to promote.
