Pros

Peers are hardworking, loyal, and usually kind.

Cons

- Toxic workplace culture (e.g. asking employees to work overtime and during weekends to meet deadlines). - No time or resources dedicated to improving key issues with databases, architecture, or overall SDLC. - Dysfunctional processes that lead to loss of business clients and high employee churn. - Only practices agile when convenient to middle management. - Managers don't communicate well and aren't encouraged to prioritize their team needs (no one-on-ones, no feedback, limited career growth opportunities). - Team members are constantly putting out fires without considering how to prevent them from happening again. - Limited plans for healthcare, 401k, etc.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for your time with Corpay. We appreciate your recognition of your peers' dedication and professionalism. That spirit of teamwork is something we're proud to see reflected across the company. That said, we're deeply sorry to hear your experience has been affected by the challenges you've described. We understand the impact these issues can have, and we want to assure you that we are taking them seriously. Concerns around communication gaps, workload expectations, lack of one-on-ones, and missed opportunities to improve technical infrastructure and processes are not the standards we strive for. We want to reassure you that we're actively working to address areas like resource allocation, process consistency, and leadership engagement, particularly when it comes to engineering culture. Our goal is to create an environment where every team member feels supported, has a clear growth path, and can contribute to meaningful long-term solutions, not just short-term fixes. Your feedback is guiding our efforts and we are committed to making the necessary changes. Thank you again for your candid input. Your feedback is invaluable and integral to our continuous improvement efforts. It helps us build a better, more sustainable workplace for all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions during your time with Corpay. We appreciate you highlighting the positive aspects of your experience, particularly compensation, benefits, and insurance coverage. Those elements are an important part of the overall employee experience and can provide meaningful support and stability. At the same time, we understand that strong pay and benefits do not fully compensate for an experience in which employees feel unsupported by management. Leadership has a significant influence on how employees experience their day-to-day work, how valued they feel, and whether they believe their well-being and contributions are being taken seriously. Your comments reflect the importance of management not only driving results, but also demonstrating care, accountability, and engagement with the people behind the work. Feedback like yours is valuable because it highlights the difference between offering solid compensation and creating an environment where employees also feel respected and supported. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and helping bring attention to an area that can have a meaningful impact on morale, trust, and long-term retention.
