      Great reputation in a small close-knit market Hard-working teammates, lots of positive reinforcement Management works to keep the products and solutions current

      Cons

      Pay is not the greatest Middle managers have very little to do, as the owner keeps a tight reign on the business The owner can have his favorites, which can adversely affect the overall office environment
