      Pros

      I really liked the upper management but the direct supervisors were hit or miss. It depended on what project they put you on.

      Cons

      The pay wasn’t the best and I always felt like I was putting out fires. Also I felt like some of the productivity requirements were too much.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Cons

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
