Pros
I've never experienced a company culture as incredible as Corston! I feel so supported in my role, there is always someone to turn to if I have a question or to help me help my customers.
You are made to feel like you matter as a person and that your voice and input matters. You work hard, but you are recognized for your hard work.
I feel valued, and more than that happy! My colleagues are awesome, my boss is incredible, all the way to the top everyone is kind, genuine and caring.
The benefits are attractive, they offer yearly bonuses, yearly raises as well as fun company parties. I've gotten to travel for my job as well which is great.
Cons
I'm struggling to come up with any that don't come down to little growing pains that come from starting a new branch of the company in a new market.
But honestly, I'll trade a bit of momentary stress for any of the awful jobs of my past. It's been an awesome ride so far and I honestly hope to retire from the company.
