Pros

-Free Coffee -Some of the people are nice -Sometimes you would get a free lunch -The internal sales system is so out of whack that people were actually able to fake call numbers to make it look like they were doing more work than they actually were

Cons

-There are many things to be said about Cortera. In many ways, employment here was equivalent to a video game that was specifically made for you to lose and anytime you believe you have won, the “creators” would go out of their way to insure a loss and, overall, a terrible experience . -I had a deal, that I had been working on for some time, taken away from me and given to someone else just because I was not in the office on a day they called in. I watched as upper management literally changing the comp plan so they would not have to pay someone because of the size of the deal that was closed. -I have watched as my colleagues would reach out to various departments just to get free trials started for potential customers just to either be ignored or be put through a revolving door that would ultimately cause the potential client to back out due to negligence. -I also heard that they hired someone, asked them to write a good review for cortera and then fired them within the week (take that with a grain of salt because I was only informed of that and did not witness it myself). -the kitchen smells like salmon often

Pros

The grift continues at a company called Buxton in Texas. Check them out. It is amazing how many people that sucked all the value out of cortera found their way to Buxton. What is going on? These people are criminals of the worst kind. Watch, Buxton will be another failed company by end of 2025.

Cons

They are con-artists. All of them. Especially the CEO and CIO. They only know how to run a sham business into the ground. BE WARE
