Pros
Where to start, there are so many positive things to say, the benefits, the pay, the many, many contests, the opportunities to be promoted from within. I highly recommend getting on board with this Company if given the chance. The many resources that are available to you to constantly grow & the open door policy of upper management who is there to mentor you if necessary. The Owner is very down to earth and approachable, I have had the opportunity to meet Mr. DeFrancis on 2 occasions in less than a year. Cortland has a fantastic team of employees who obviously, like myself love what they do & it shows!
Cons
The Company has grown so quickly and doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon! Which is great, however can also present some challenges if the community needs to be renovated. The quality of work, high-end finishes and vision of the end result, will make the work & time worth it in the long run. I look forward to its completion and feel proud to be a part of its progress.
