As a consequence, many employees may find that the support needed to complete essential tasks effectively is lacking. This situation constantly affects timelines and overall productivity. It seems like there was a lot of emphasis on gay pride this June, which is wonderful, but it would be great to see a bit more attention given to Juneteenth as well. It could really highlight the company’s commitment to celebrating all aspects of diversity!
