Can't say much but a couple of decent folks

- Founders are just dumping everything they can think of on engineering without reasonable timelines, calling it startup culture - Quality of tech is poor, not because the people are bad but leadership rather show something to investors and clients than actually build something good - Salaries have been held hostage against deadlines more than once

Generous with ESOP, sadly ESOP isn't/will not be worth anything

Founders don't know how to lead a team. They have a superiority complex and if they keep this up, the startup will not succeed.
