The different clientele that comes in. Long hours

Free food during shifts and many great employees and customers.

Management that step on people to get attention from the owner. Many mismanaged issues but no one brave enough to pursue a correction because they will be fired. Exceptional amount of duplicate work being done due. Extremely lacks communication from the top down.
