Good team, good manager, nice to work

Customers are sometimes rude but that's normal for food service

This is a fun and fast paced working environment. Each store has its own culture and working environment--positive for a great managed store; obviously terrible those stores that are poorly managed by the company's "favorite" managers. The food is good... but also means you need to work out more often.

Corporate. Senior management is very disconnected from the daily restaurant activities. The company has their "favorite" managers and anything goes with these managers. It is actually sad how the "favorite" managers walk all over the senior management when then talk about them behind their backs. There is a huge difference in pay... some mangers start in the low 30's while others close to above 40 thousand for the same position, title and responsibilities. You have to hit labor and that most of the time requires managers to work a position from open until the relief manager walks in the door--this means you will work 12 hours a shift...easy. Also, if you want to get any of the office requirements that the company would like you to accomplish you need to go in on your day off--This is not poor time management, it is ridiculous labor budgets in combination with higher food costs, labor intensive process and high staffing requirements for low volume sales.
