Pros

I’m proud to be part of Cotality, a company that has earned its reputation across multiple industries for a reason. Beyond the innovative work we do, the culture here is truly exceptional. The environment is incredibly supportive, and I’m constantly impressed by how the senior leadership actively invests in our professional growth and shares insights to help us excel. On top of that, the benefits—especially the unlimited PTO—reflect a genuine commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance. They also provide lot of resources to upskill.

Cons

Honestly, it’s hard to find a downside to working here. While every fast-paced industry has its challenges, Cotality handles them with such transparency and support that they never feel like 'cons.'

Pros

- The company genuinely prioritizes employee mental health and well being, which is refreshing. - They have honored their commitment to a flexible hybrid work model, and the engaging ERG events on in office days make you want to be there. - It is a culture that rewards team players with a strong work ethic. - As a smaller company, you feel like your contributions truly matter.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
