Pros

Well, Eddie the facilities and maintenance guy is one of the nicest, most hardworking, shirt-off-his-back dudes you’ll ever meet or have the pleasure of working with.... Oh, and the water in the water coolers is *always* cold, crisp and refreshing.

Cons

Do you want to work for a manager that leads by example? Well, don’t look here. All you’ll find are micromanaging, hypocritical lower tier ”supervisors” with dictator complexes and a knack for subtle retaliatory tactics. They stroll in late, take long lunches and multiple long breaks before rollin’ on out of the office early... Would you like to work for a classy corporation with a great company culture? Yeah, keep on movin’. CoreLogic is so invested in their employees that they’ll grant them a whole 2% wage increase. Whoa! Well, unless they decide not to give raises at all (despite the company being profitable year after year), which has happened twice in the last 5 years. Oh, and career advancement opportunities? Don’t bank on it. The ceiling at CoreLogic is so low you’d bump your head on it. While laying on the ground. In a four foot deep ditch. Hey, did I also mention that this multi-billion dollar company has consistently had network and server issues for years? Yes, you’ll get to experience the frustration of system outages on a basis so regular you can set your Apple Watch to it. Guess we know where their priorities *aren’t* at (hint: it rhymes with kustomers and klients)... so in summary, I’d have to wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this employer at all costs - unless you take your morning coffee with a side of oppression.

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
