Pros

CoreLogic partners with Pivotal Labs for new product development and the company has a grand and ambitious strategy for the future, so there may be opportunity for personal growth if you are up to the challenge. Hard work and good performance are recognized and can pay off through small monetary awards. Coworkers are courteous and mostly easy to work with and managers are nice and mostly hands-off.

Cons

Planning and scheduling are not done well so employees may need to work extra hard and even longer hours. Company's overly reliance on offshore, emails, and online meetings lead to non-productive and chaotic environment due to unclear, conflicting communications and delayed responds. Reducing cost, saving money, and optimizing resources (including humans) are the main objectives so count yourself lucky to still have a job and don't expect salary increase. No career growth unless you work there for a long time and bring values, manage politics well and fit in.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
