Pros
The leadership team has been working really hard the past few years to make this a great place to work, and it's really paying off. It's a really difficult time in the world in general right now and anxiety is high in general, but what I respect is that from the most senior leadership team, our execs have been transparent and honest with us as employees about the changes the company continues to make. Yes, we are seeing the impacts of automation and AI like most companies. And we are being asked to be careful with spending to help us weather the current uncertainty and chaos in our economic environment. These are the same things that most companies are grappling with, but I really appreciate that it feels like the leadership treats us like adults and has honest conversations about these topics in our town halls and other team meetings. The company genuinely cares about the people. The wellness days are amazing, we have tons of paid time off for volunteering, people are really pretty nice across the entire company and there is a spirit of innovation in the air. The company also works really hard on building relationships with its clients and genuinely cares about helping them be successful, too.

Really no major cons here. It's a pretty great place to work overall.
