We're glad you enjoyed working with your colleagues and found our colleague discount scheme useful however, we would like to clarify that our probation periods are 3 months for all retail colleagues and after successfully passing you will be able to begin using the discount. There are occasions when probation periods are extended which, due to company policy, will delay you receiving your discount. We apologise for the short notice on rotas and are working to improve this. We also take your concerns about management practices and unpaid overtime seriously and will address these issues to ensure fair treatment and a supportive environment for all colleagues.
