Owner/founder was continously manipulated by grifters due to his lack of experience. Having had no jobs or formal education he was easily persuaded by people who would take advantage of the company, compromising it's culture, values and mission. Was often subject to negative influence that caused him to react wildly and unpredictably, leading to decisions that ultimately doomed the company.
