Thank you for your feedback – I’m going to do my best to write you a tactful response to your review. I’m glad you found the products to be of potential – we’ve heard the same thing from most of our team members. We also have our HQ in one of the most livable and beautiful cities in the world. Because of our great product, strong team, and great city we actually have extremely low attrition, compared to similar companies. Our sales team has had turnover but in a results driven climate it isn’t unusually high. Our CEO regularly speaks to our mission and vision at town halls but we are constantly looking at new, inventive ways to communicate with our team. We believe you can never talk too much about a vision – so we are expanding our communication mediums. Our CEO is a “player coach” who takes on personal accounts on not only an Executive level relationship but in issue resolution. This is pretty atypical of a CEO at a public company, but it’s how our particular CEO is wired and it helps him keep the beat of our team and customers.
