- They spoil careers. You wont get Relieving & Experience. They don't to full & final settlement and hang the matter to dictate ex-employees. - Never receive salary on time. These management cheat people. - Absolutely no job security. Management are illiterate, don't know how to draft an official letter. - Favored Nepotism. Most of the higher managements are relative of CEO. Who are mostly 12th pass. - This is not a company. No HR rules & regulation. CEO is an idiot. He thinks he is the most talented person in the universe but the facts were he lead as ceo of two companies and both bankrupted. - No PF. Your PF amount will be deducted but it will not be credited in you PF account. - HRs are like puppet and behave as teaboy. - CEO is an alcoholic and frequently use abusive language pretty often. He is arrogant and a looser. - Tells lie while hiring candidate. They wont give any incentives. No proper documentation. - CEO is having a bad practice of hiring candidates with higher package and make them work for 3-4 month without salary and then tricked them by saying "Your performance is very low , I will reduce your salary". To maintain uninterrupted career profile sometimes employees made helpless and stay. CEO should be punished. - 5-6 salaries are pending for most of the employees. - A proper thorough government investigation is required to check the operation of the company.
