Amazing team with very smart, driven people. There are so many opportunities to grow and you can see the impact you're making on the business very quickly. Everyone really cares about their work and the mission which makes the work fun.

Maybe not a con, but it's a really flat organization so there aren't managers helping prioritize work, problem solve or give you a to do list. If you prefer the type of environment where everything has a process to follow this isn't the place for you.

Some of the guests I did events for were very fun. And I loved some of my co-workers when I got to interact with them.

They are incredibly shady- even more now that new ownership has taken over. Genuinely is trying to just cut all corners when it comes to value in their product and the treatment of their employees. After no pay increase over 2 years working there, they actually started to pay us less. It blows my mind. Their product is mediocre at best because they tried to just pump out as many games as they possibly could without caring about the quality or instruction when it came to running them.
