Management is always terrible - Food and Beverage Supervisor Courtyard Employee Review

Every GM we had were corrupt and awful and I hear that is how it is at every courtyard in Ohio atleast. Absolutely no training. The only training you get is some online videos and quizzes and you learn little to nothing from them. They expect way way too much from every position, stretching everyone very thin. Courtyard tries to pull off this fancy vibe but hire people at minimum wage and barely train them. Every courtyard is a franchise, so whoever the owner is pretty much makes the rules. (Will make you watch the corporate training but tell you to do the opposite to save money)
