As Coury Hospitality continues to grow, we know that our internal systems, communication rhythms, and leadership support must continue to grow with us. The themes you mentioned around training and operational alignment are important, and they are areas we are actively working to strengthen. We never want any Curator to feel unsupported, unheard, or hesitant to share feedback. A strong culture is not built by asking people to "drink the Kool-Aid.” It is built by listening honestly, addressing gaps, and creating the structure needed for people to succeed consistently.
