Simple job tasks, fun work environment.

Not enough hours, too many employees.

Cousins paintball is a very fun environment to work in. You get to help people go out on the field and have the time of their lives engaging in an extremely fun activity.

There is no room for professional advancement, no training, salaries aren't competive, and upper management isn't interested in actually making individual paintball fields as profitable as they can be. More of a real estate management company these days than paintball.
