Pros

The people at Covenant treat you like family. The culture is positive and supportive. The facilities are beautiful and they have state of the art equipment. The leaders are approachable and supportive. The care provided is excellent and people are committed to doing their best. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

The hiring process can be a little slow.
