Terrible Experience - Property Manager Covenant Property Services Employee Review

Loved my on site teams.

Zero appreciation for good, hard-working employees. Michael and Lisa are fantastic on the corporate end. The upper management and Regionals are a joke and will unfortunately run this company into the ground. Vendors won’t even take work for Covenant’s properties because they never get paid. Truly the worst property management company I’ve worked for in my career. No processes, no procedures, no onboarding checklists, no respect for their on-site employees. They have a very “do as I say, not as I do” mentality while providing zero support.

Unprofessional organization, managers are told to promise to solve tenant problems to make them go away but never given resources to actually solve their issues. Property maintenance and cleanliness has gotten worse and worse. Spent my days nodding in agreement to tenants the shrugging my shoulders when they were back with same unresolved complaints a week later. Couldn’t live with myself having to lie constantly to tenants. Company most concerned with maximizing profit at the expense of tenants. Show units always look spectacular then we have students moving into to non maintained or clean apartments. My manager taught me to ignore email or voicemail complaints or problems saying basically they can try to catch us here if it’s a big enough problem.
