Since the merger the 2 companies have had approximately 30 percent of their employees leave.
New employees that they have hired have left after a few short months.
Very little advancement with this company, they promote who they want.
They expect a lot of travel time so you will not be home with your significant other or children.
The company is in a rush to get reviews/raises done before the beginning of the new year....most pay raises are being rejected by upper management. Most employees in this company have had their manager currently for 2 months and those 2 months is what they are using for the reviews. How about the rest of the year and the other 2-3 managers before that.
Managers or upper management will call at late hours because they want to you to handle an investigation in the next few day. The office people work around 8a.m. to 5p.m., field investigators are up extremely early and if they make it home to have family time they call you at all hours for case. They have don't care about field investigators.
