2 year learning curve to become a Sales counselor

Coventry Homes is full of talent. Was lucky enough to have amazing upper management, never felt micromanaged as I did with other companies. Made a positive experience.

not enough time off, the insurance options are declining each year. pay is not worth the amount of time an stress. you cant take a vacation without the world falling apart on the job site. I feel this will eventually lead to higher turnover rates later on. Lots of issues with purchasing and corporate which can leave to longer build days and less bonus when its outside your control.
