First of all, I want to apologize for the experience you had at Cover. As you pointed out, we've worked hard to hire well and build out a supportive engineering culture that gives our colleagues an opportunity to grow and meaningfully contribute. You were a part of that culture, so I don't take your feedback lightly. I appreciate you taking on the task of helping us build out something that is non-trivial, knowing the path we've followed hasn't always been a straight line.
