      will hire anyone who can walk and talk

      no background checks no security, anyone can just walk in fighting on the sales floor no job longevity very favortism, they have certain people getting inbound calls making all the spiff money while everyone us is on outbound everyone is on drugs there no pto, no benefits at all

      Simple job 3 step Process No standing

      Cons

      Associates act unprofessional, management is somewhat decent Not much room to grow unless your a favorite to them Advertised commission structure does not allow for individual to reach quota for month given that you are put on funnels for outbound calls decided by management. You could have a good or may have a bad one… who knows?
