Overall a good company to work for - Robotics Coverys Employee Review

The amount of change in all leadership positions and org structure in the 4 years I've worked here is staggering and hard to work through at times. Pay is pretty far under market value, but the unspoken rationale is the good benefit package. The way the company is chopping costs at every turn the past few years, I'm not confident those benefits will remain all that great for all that long.
