Pros

Although the physical office is great and the company is generally filled with nice, pleasant colleagues who maintain a decent team spirit, the overall atmosphere is quite negative due to a poor financial situation and a mediocre, hands-off leadership team. Furthermore, while the vast majority of people are wonderful, so far encountered just one toxic coworker in the team who actively undermines others, takes credit for other team members' work, and sycophantically greets executives from a distance while completely ignoring lower-level colleagues.

Cons

The company has undergone continuous corporate restructuring due to ongoing financial constraints, which led to a significant contraction of the regional management team and widespread downsizing. Because backfills have been frozen, the remaining workload has become unsustainably heavy for the existing team. Given the prolonged downturn in business performance and the shifting corporate structure, the overall morale has been impacted, prompting many senior leaders and key talent to seek opportunities elsewhere.
