Suffocating yet unsupportive management; you do all the stuffs on your own and don't commit mistake, your boss will be the first one to kill you. And decision on whether you commit mistake or not is decided by other people not your boss~ with other people don't know the background. Very subjective decisions although people are trying to use the objectiveness in the wrong way (eventhough they thought they are!); Quite fake top management where showing happy in one face but at the back is another. Weird system, where the people who are capable and achieved alot of things are not promoted while the ones who are not achieving are promoted. Sometimes, the people who are achieving are still getting punished for tiny reasons; Poor senior management, some senior management doing micro managing job like an ordinary manager
