Cons
No movement at all, no career advancement opportunties and zero discussions about succession planning. The development dialogues are only given to check a box. The company says they want to be digital, but then cut IT resources, delay much needed system upgrades, and stop capital investments that should have already been completed. In the few two years, I have started to really wonder about the corporate strategy and senior leadership.
