      Pros

      Nice offices. There are good people at the company in talent acquisition in the lower levels. That's all that can be said positive about the company

      Cons

      Management has turned over so much that staff morale is a very low. New management from collections positions came in has no exp in talent acquisition. Not sure how the company made such a decision when an experienced person can be brought in from outside the company to make things better. It's the fourth change at the top of talent acquisition in several years. The businesses see the problems and don't want to deal with talent acquisition.

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
