      The benefits are ok, And lots of nice people.

      Unfortunately there are partners who are arrogant and sexist, who get away with treating staff and other lawyers with disrespect and disregard.

      Pros

      During my tenure, the majority of paralegals and attorneys submitting projects to the word processing department were friendly and made me feel my work was appreciated. Similarly, most secretaries, other legal word processors, and other support staff were fantastic to work with.
