I have been part of the CozyKin family since November 2018! Before joining CozyKin I was a private nanny, which it has its pros and cons. When I originally came across CozyKin, I had never heard of a model like theirs, so I researched more information online, submitted my resume, interviewed and can tell you that from initial interaction to now, everyone, from the staff-to other nannies are AMAZING! We are a huge team that balances each other out. You build such an amazing connection with the managers and other nannies. There’s never a dull moment, you’re always learning and there are countless opportunities, but what I love most is the support system. The team is always their to help when needed and that goes a long way. If you’re a patient, devoted and empathetic person that loves children and working with families, CozyKin is for you!
