I’m sharing my experience at cqlsys company to raise awareness about the toxic environment created by the new PM, Sahil Kumar, Ajay kumar ( CEO ), and Sunaxi Dharmani (CEO) The PM Sahil behavior is very rude and unprofessional. He ignored client feedback, blamed the developer, and called unnecessary meetings 6–7 times a day for just waste time. Management showed no concern, no action was taken. Sahil’s behavior worsened with taunts, personal remarks, delay projects and continuous pressure. If you complain then action will be taken on you only It’s clear internal politics matter more than employee wellbeing. Please be cautious before joining this company. Multiple employees have experienced similar issues. The toxic environment and poor management response have made things worse.
