Pros
5 years ago, prior to the top leadership leaving/ changing (run off), the brand was poised for success. It was about growth, development, PEOPLE! No pros to be spoken of to this day
Cons
You are expected to work harder than your supervisor daily. Holidays while your supervisor is off. ALL HOLIDAYS away from family, mandatory! In the brand statement you are to protect the “shareholders”, while your bonuses are held back through every form of theft I can compare it to. What was once a profit sharing business is now a profit sharing for VP or above business, paid for out of the bonus comp plans of the field (primarily from managers, general managers, and district managers). They boast high salaries and high bonus plans. Once you are in you find that the salary and lack of bonus is a complete waste of your time and efforts. If you watch the mass exodus of top leaders through the company in field positions it is evident that the “Top Seat” and board are delusional at best and only care about lining their pockets with their shares.
