The communication between sales reps and managers are terrible. No side loaders. everything done out of a straight truck so it takes a toll on your body jumping in and out, dropping dozens of 160 lb kegs, 100's of cases off of truck. Rarely have a helper. Managers don't care and break all dot rules and regulations when it comes to the amount of hours behind the wheel.
