Pros
You get to work with some smart people all working towards a greater goal. We have fun but also get a lot done. Working in the tech department we also get the privilege of working with newer technologies when applicable so we're always learning new things. Very transparent organization with monthly company meetings to discuss goals. Solid leadership is able to help keep your own personal goals in line as well.
Cons
We work in lead generation and have to deal with the stigma that goes with that. We work hard to make our clients as happy as possible but sometimes you can't please everyone.
