This company is run by the developers for the developers, that is to say that you won't get mired in bureaucratic metrics like strict working hours, but will be able to exercise a good deal of autonomy over how you approach your work. The only thing that matters is the quality of your output. Also you'll get the opportunity to work with international teams solving challenging problems for game changing products.
Cons
Work from home is discouraged, you can work remotely only when it's the last resort. Also leave policy is a bit strict, you need to plan your casual leaves quite in advance.
