      There is a small chance you can do something that can set you apart from the others but more likely than not someone else will take credit.

      Cons

      A pack of wolves. Every GM to the Marketing Dir. are out for number one. Not a team between centers.

      Pros

      Beautiful property and location. Generally pleasant people to work with.

      Cons

      As with most retail, you have to work some weekends, nights, and holidays. You're expected to have really high results with very little resources.
