Uncomfortable Work Environment - Dispatcher Cranney Companies Employee Review

Poor front office management, lots of behind the scenes conflicts going on everyday. I never really felt comfortable working there due to the other office employees fighting among themselves. Owner is only concerned with his bottom line and overworks his techs everyday. All the techs were great to work with and really worked hard at their jobs. Some of them work 80 hours a week. The company has no regard for quality of your home life . Very cold atmosphere. Nepotism at its best with all his kids working within the business. Office manager has no managerial skills whatsoever and is difficult to speak to.
