There is no pros working here.

They try to exploit you in every possible way they can. Don't even give salaries to their employees or interns. They take advantage of you by working for them even on Sundays and when you ask for your right they just try to pressurize you and shut you up. It is not the first time they are not giving salary, stopped or certificate to their employees even after giving an offer letter in which it is clearly written that I will get my salary. Working there is like working in hell. The studio is full of chaos. Even the office boy, they don't even give salary to their own office boy and they use very abusive language with him. The only thing you will there is how to be shameless and how to fight 24*7 with your office boy and employees.

They have a great clientele and you'll get to work on new projects everyday. You'll see celebrities on your screen almost everyday, and you might meet some of them as well when you are asked to go to a shoot

The working hours are not fixed. They say that the work schedule is 10-8, but you might have to stay in till 10 or even 11-12.
